Our aim for next year is to have the vegetable garden producing enough not only for us but our visitors too. We are starting with raised beds, and I managed to sweet talk a local farmer into selling me some cheap top soil....

Slate sculpture is finished
A nice way to make use of old roof slates.

Found a way to use up the old slates from the campers kitchen roof. Making a sculpture next to the 'flower' beds by the BBQ.
A new table for the BBQ
We have found a way to recycle the used wine bottles, an old bottle rack has been revamped, had a top added and is now a new table for the BBQ area. Just need another 100 or so bottle to fill it!
