After three years of walking up and down with a small mower to cut the fields, we've eventually got our ride on mower fixed. Julian is a happy chappy!!

Our first 1969 WV camper
A lovely french couple, Michel and Brigitte, turned up today in their 1969 WV camper. We are their first stop on their very first outing in their recently purchased van!!!
A new toilet for the campsite
2020 sees the addition of a new toilet for the campsite. We've had a bit of fun, using an old copper pan for the sink and some beautiful glass pendant lights we picked up in a local brocante. quirky sink

A makeover for the beds.
I upholstered the side rails and made headboards for the twin beds in the second bedroom of the farmhouse. I used an antique french linen sheet, makes such a difference. A quick and easy makeover. before... well, during actually after
