LIKED: Everything. Site is secluded in a forest area so walks & cycling on hand. Hosts were amazing & had little touches to make our stay exceptional – fruit & veg from their Garden, camping kitchen equipped with constant hot water, cooker, washing machine & capsules, huge fridge, book exchange, info of area , lots of shade & different area to sit or cook, community evenings – they have thought of everything Including free wifi

“Un mix de camping sauvage et de confort, une touche de bonheur supplémentaire avec la jaccuzzi et le barbecue privatisé. Pourtant isolé au coeur d’une forêt paisible, ce lieu n’en est pas moins pour autant proche de Saumur, ses caves à vins, la Touraine ainsi que les châteaux de la renaissance. Nous avons reçu un superbe accueil de Tina et Julian, et avons même pu partager une petite soirée « feu de camp » très agréable avec les propriétaires et autres campeurs du site. Ce lieu est idéal si vous recherchez paisibilité, détente, relaxation, romantisme, … Je recommande très vivement, et y retournerez sans doute très vite.

A mix of wild camping and comfort, an additional touch of happiness with the jacuzzi and the privatized barbecue. Yet isolated in the heart of a peaceful forest, this place is nevertheless close to Saumur, its wine cellars, Touraine and the Renaissance châteaux. We received a wonderful welcome from Tina and Julian, and were even able to share a very pleasant little “campfire” evening with the owners and other campers on the site. This place is ideal if you are looking for peace, relaxation, relaxation, romance, … I highly recommend, and will undoubtedly return there very soon

“We had a lovely – and way too short – stay at Tina’s and Julian’s campsite. They have really made a unique place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bell tent is a very comfortable and stylish and we felt at home straight away. The campsite has great amenities and there is even a herb and vegetable garden which is free to use. Best of all: Tina and Julian are a lovely, hardworking and welcoming couple. Thanks a lot for our stay – if we return to the Loire valley we will definitely visit the campsite again”

Outre le lieu magnifique, la propreté et l’aménagement très délicat des tentes, des sanitaires et de la cuisine, les multiples attentions des proriétaires, leur gentillesse et leur générosité nous laisseront un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour à la Fortinerie.

It is rare to feel as greeted as we have been by Tina and Julian. Besides the magnificent place, the cleanliness and the very delicate arrangement of the tents, the toilets and the kitchen, the multiple attentions of the owners, their kindness and their generosity will leave us unforgettable memories of our stay at the Fortinerie.
