Enter our raffles for a chance to win a STAY on site. Entries are €10 each, Winners will be announced via email on 4th April 2026.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Camping La Fortinerie, 1844 Route du Pont Neuf, Mouliherne, 49390, FRANCE. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. How to Enter

• Participants may choose to enter one or both of the separate prize draws:
  • Draw A: Camping Pitch Prize Draw (€10 per entry).
  • Draw B: Safari Tent Prize Draw (€10 per entry).
• Each draw is independent; a ticket purchased for Draw A does not constitute an entry for Draw B, and vice versa.
• To enter, participants must purchase a “Raffle Ticket” and correctly identify Paris as the capital of France. Entries with incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw.
• To comply with “Free Draw” regulations, one free entry is permitted per person by sending a postcard with your name, email, and the answer to the competition question to: La Fortinerie, 1844 Route du Pont Neuf, Mouliherne, 49390, France.

3. The Prize

3.1 Prize Draw A: 3 Nights on a Camping Pitch

• The prize consists of a 3-night stay, for 2 people on one of our Camping Pitches at Camping La Fortinerie.
• The prize is valued at approximately €90.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Note: This prize is for a pitch only. Winners must provide their own form of sleeping arrangement (tent, caravan, or motorhome).
• Travel to and from the campsite, food, and other personal expenses are not included.

3.2 Prize Draw B: 2 Nights in the Safari Tent

• The prize consists of a 2-night stay, for 2 adults in our Safari Tent at Camping La Fortinerie.
• The prize is valued at approximately €180.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Travel to and from the campsite, food, and other personal expenses are not included.

4. Eligibility

• The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Camping La Fortinerie or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by 31st March 2026.
• The draw will take place on 4th April 2026.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

6. Data Protection

• By entering, you agree that we may use your name to announce the winner on our website and social media.
• Your data will only be used for the purpose of this competition and will not be sold to third parties.

7. Minimum Ticket Sales & Under-subscription

• 7.1 Camping Pitch Draw: This draw is subject to a minimum of 18 tickets being sold.
• 7.2 Safari Tent Draw: This draw is subject to a minimum of 9 tickets being sold.
• 7.3 If the minimum ticket threshold for a specific draw is not met by the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to:
  • (a) Extend the closing date for a period of up to 28 days; or
  • (b) Offer a cash prize alternative representing 50% of the total ticket sales for that specific draw.

8. Booking Your Stay & Availability

• 8.1 The winners may choose their preferred dates of stay, however, all dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• 8.2 Winners are encouraged to book as early as possible, especially for peak summer dates (July and August), as we cannot guarantee specific dates will be vacant.
• 8.3 Booking Process: To claim the prize and check availability, winners must contact the site directly by telephone at +33 2 41 40 82 36 or by email at lafortinerie@aol.com.
• 8.4 The prize must be booked and the stay completed in 2026.

9. Entry Fees & Refunds

• 9.1 Non-Refundable: All entry fees are final and non-refundable. Once an entry is submitted and the payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of whether the entrant is selected as a winner or correctly answers the skill question.
• 9.2 Under-subscription: If the minimum ticket sales are not met, the “Alternative Prize” (as per Section 7.3b) will be awarded in place of a refund.
• 9.3 Disqualification: If an entrant is disqualified for breaching these Terms & Conditions, no refund of the entry fee will be provided.
• 9.4 Technical Errors: In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error on the website, please contact us within 48 hours with your transaction details for review.
